Estimated Delivery Timeframes for Free Shipping

FedEx Ground (Residential)	1–5 business days (7 days/week delivery)	(FedEx Home Delivery): delivers 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
FedEx Ground	1–5 business days (contiguous U.S.); 3–7 business days for AK & HI.	Only delivers to businesses (Mon–Fri).

Note: “business days” exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping over a weekend or before a holiday may add an extra day or two to the timetable.

We try to ship items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day. So, for example, if you place a order on Friday, it will ship on Monday

We do not process orders on the following holidays:

• Some oversized or special-packaging items (e.g., cowboy hats) are excluded from free shipping due to extra costs. A fee of $25 applies to these items.
• Free Economy Shipping on orders $99+ applies to eligible orders; extra charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
• We do not offer shipping to international locations outside of the United States or to freight forwarding agencies.

Important: Certain locations may require additional time in transit depending upon your delivery schedule.
