RETURN WINDOW:
Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items that are not shipped within this 30-day window will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Original shipping charges incurred on your order are not refundable.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box

The shoe box must be placed inside an additional outer shipping box or polymailer

No tape, labels, or writing may be placed directly on the original shoe box
The original shoe box is considered part of the product.
Returns received with damaged, taped, written-on, or altered packaging may result in return rejection.
Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Sale or Closeout items
- Items that are out of stock, discontinued (closeout), or no longer part of our current catalog are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Promotional or seasonal markdown items
- Personalized items
No exceptions.
FREE EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns and exchanges are free on the first request per order over $50.
- Orders under $50 : Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Additional exchanges may require shipping fees
- If the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, Ak'kin Footwear will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for:
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received and passed inspection. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
SECOND EXCHANGE OR REFUND AFTER EXCHANGE
Refund eligibility is based on the original purchase date, not the exchange delivery date.
If the original 30-day window has expired, refunds will not be available.

RETURNS INSPECTION & REJECTION POLICY
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items must be returned unworn, unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging in good condition. The original shoe box must not be used as the shipping box and must be protected inside an outer package.
Returns may be rejected if items are received with visible signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, missing packaging, or if the original product box arrives damaged due to improper shipping. If a return is rejected after inspection, no refund or exchange will be issued.
If the customer wants the rejected merchandise returned, they will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If we do not receive a response or payment for return shipping within 7 business days after notification, the item may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All orders are inspected by our team for quality control before they leave our warehouse. Your packing list will be initialed to confirm the inspection.
If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, let us know right away.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in claim denial.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your claim is confirmed, we’ll provide and cover the cost of a return label.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
Call us at (470) 206-0263 or email us at shop@akkinfootwear.com with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.
IN-STORE PURCHASES (Physical Locations)
All in-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
We offer:
- Exchanges, or
- Store credit
Within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to product availability and compliance with our policy.
Items returned between 15–30 days may receive store credit only (restrictions apply).
No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases under any circumstances.
IN-STORE EXCHANGES

Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE
- Bring the item to any Ak’kin Footwear physical store.
- Present the original receipt or proof of purchase (printed or digital).
- Select the option that works best for you:
- Exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
- Exchanges must be for equal or greater value.
- If the new item is higher value, the customer pays the difference.
- If the new item is lower value, a store credit will be issued.
- If you don’t find a product you like, a store credit may be issued.
